Le Marne winery was born in 2002 from a family project by Federica Carraro and Luigi Grosso.
The company stands out on the hills of Parodi Ligure, Cadepiaggio village, in the historical territory of
Oltre Giogo Ligure.
The surrounding landscape, covered with vineyards, fields, and woods, is dotted with ancient villages
of Alto Monferrato, rich with bell towers and castles, allowing visitors to completely immerse
themselves in a suggestive and harmonious scenery framed by the Ligurian Apennines and the Alps.
Objectives
The activity, which is still conducted by the family, is entirely managed using organic methods.
The vineyards are cultivated in accordance with biodiversity principles, employing cover crops and green manure, and maintaining wooded areas aimed at repopulating the fauna.
For us, the practice of agriculture is a daily quest to maintain and preserve the harmony between nature and humans.
The purpose of our work is to manually harvest the intact and genuine fruits of the land, accompanying them with patience and passion throughout their development.
Our Certification
The ICEA label on a wine bottle guarantees that it has been produced according to the rules of organic agriculture. This means it follows a sustainable development model based on the principles of safeguarding and enhancing resources, as well as respecting the environment and the consumer's health.
